Billing

Refund policy

We keep refund rules narrow and testable so customers know what evidence matters and access changes remain consistent.

Effective August 22, 2026

1. First subscription charge

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription charge if the account has completed no more than ten successful API calls during that paid period. Approved refunds revoke the related entitlement.

2. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge or an amount that differs from the checkout confirmation. We will investigate verified billing records and correct confirmed errors regardless of API usage.

3. Renewals and unused quota

Renewal charges are generally not refundable after the new billing period begins. Unused monthly calls do not carry cash value and do not roll over. Cancel through the billing portal before the renewal date to stop future charges.

4. Service failure

If the first-party API is materially unavailable for an extended period during a paid month, contact us with request IDs and times. Depending on verified impact, we may provide a proportional refund, credit, or other remedy. Community demo downtime is not part of the paid API service.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@qwen3-8.org from the account address. Include the Yito order ID, charge date, plan, and reason. Never send card numbers, API keys, or magic-link tokens.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting times vary. A signed refund event may revoke access before the funds appear on your statement.
