Terms
Terms of service
These terms define the service boundary: an independent demo and information site, plus a paid first-party developer API.
Effective August 22, 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy and refund policies. You must be legally able to enter a contract and may use the service only where permitted by law.
2. Independent status
Qwen3.8 Playground is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Qwen or Alibaba. Model names identify compatibility and subject matter. Model weights, runtime projects, providers, and the embedded community Space remain third-party services.
3. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for access to your email account and for keeping API keys confidential. API keys may be used only server-side. Notify us promptly if a key is exposed and revoke it in the dashboard. We may suspend credentials involved in abuse or security incidents.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security or quotas, probe other accounts, interfere with infrastructure, or generate content where an unreviewed model output creates an unlawful or unsafe decision. Automated access must stay within documented limits.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices are shown in USD before applicable tax. Quotas reset each UTC calendar month and do not roll over. Entitlements activate only after a verified billing event. Past-due, refunded, disputed, or canceled billing events may restrict or revoke access.
6. Outputs and evaluation
Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or non-unique. You must review outputs before relying on them. Benchmarks, context limits, and upstream specifications do not guarantee performance on your workload or conversion.
7. Availability and changes
We may change model routing, limits, features, or pricing prospectively. Third-party demo capacity can pause or disappear without notice. We may perform maintenance or stop a feature where security, provider availability, law, or economics require it.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event, unless law requires otherwise.
